对高校教育技术工作和机构改革的思考

摘　　要：高校教育技术机构是教育技术事业的重要组成部分,在高等教育改革的大背景下,如何认识并做好高校教育技术工作是高校教育技术机构求生存、谋发展的首要课题。文章在如何认识并做好教育技术工作的基础上,提出树立核心理念引领教育技术工作、创设优良环境支持教育技术工作、开展科研教学推动教育技术工作等三项任务。同时,讨论了高校教育技术机构的改革策略。Educational technology institution is an important part of educational technology work.In the context of higher education reform,it is the primary thing for the development of educational technology institution to realize and advance educational technology work at colleges and universities.Based on this,the article proposes three tasks： building the core concept to guide educational technology work,creating a good environment to support it,and conducting research and teaching to advance it.This article also discusses strategies of restructuring educational technology institution at colleges and universities.
