榄香烯治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察榄香烯注射液对中晚期原发性肝癌的的近期疗效。方法：59例病例均为原发性肝癌Ⅲ期患者,经肝动脉缓慢注射榄香烯600~1000mg,并常规超乳化碘油10~40m l栓塞,介入术后继续静脉滴注榄香烯注射液,每日600~800mg,2周为1个疗程,给予护肝、对症和支持治疗。结果：总有效率83.05%,甲胎蛋白明显下降,病情的恶化率22.03%;同时显著改善生活质量,对外周血白细胞、红细胞、血小板、肝肾功能无明显影响。结论：榄香烯注射液在一定程度上能够抑制癌瘤的生长,对中晚期不宜手术的原发性肝癌的患者有提高生存质量,延长生存期的作用。Objective：To observe the short-term clinical effect of Elemene imjection in treating metaphase and advanced primary liver camcer（PLC）.Methods：Fifty-nine patients with period Ⅲ PLC were administered with Elemene injection 600~1000mg and iodized oil 10~40ml（dosage of everybody） vill hepatic arterial infusion.After the transcathe ther hepatic arterial embolization,treated by Elemene injection 600~800mg daily,one period of treatment was for two weeks.At the same time the treatments of protecting liver,support and heteropathy were adopted.Results：The total efficiency rate of promoting life quality was 83.05%,the exacerbation rate of tumour was 22.03%,the level of alpha fetoprotein（AFP） was decreased obviously.Both of the blood routine test and liver and kidney function were not obviously changed.Conclusion：Elemene injection can inhibit the proliferation of cancer to certain extent,improve quality of life,prolongate survival time especially to the patient that can not be treated by surgery operation,radiofrequency ablation（RFA） and chemical treatment.
