摘　　要：糖尿病诱导脑神经损伤及脑血管病变,增加中风风险,导致预后不良,其病理过程可能涉及多种机制、多个靶点。综述有关糖尿病加重中风的可能机制及相关药物作用靶点的研究进展,为糖尿病合并中风的防治药物研发提供依据。Diabetes induces the cerebral nerve injury and cerebrovascular disease, increases the risk ot stroke and leads to the poor prognosis, which a variety of possible mechanisms and targets are involved in. The studies on the possible mechanisms of diabetes aggravating stroke and therapeutic targets were reviewed. It is beneficial to investigate new drugs for preventing diabetic patients from stroke.
