摘 要:针对传统数控恒流源恒流校正方法复杂、调整时间较长等缺点,利用PWM技术设计了一种新型的高精度数控恒流源.该恒流源以SoC单片机C8051F020为主控芯片,采用负反馈闭环控制的方法,由PWM信号实时调整输出设定的电流.测试结果表明,该恒流源在输出电流10mA-4A范围内,控制精度为1mA,电流输出值与设定值的相对误差小于0.1%,具有精度高、控制简单、响应快、自适应能力强等特点.Based on the drawbacks of traditional digital controlled constant current source such as complicated calibration method and longer adjustment time for constant current,a new high-precision digital controlled constant current source is designed by using PWM technology. The constant current adopts the negative feedback closed loop control method,centering on SoC MCU C8051F020,and the set current is generated by the real-time adjustment of the PWM signal. The test results show that the current control precision of the constant current source is 1 mA in the range of 10 mA -4 A,and the relative error between the output current and the set current is less than 0. 1% ,the constant current source has such characteristics as high-accuracy,easy to control,fast response,adaptive ability.
