摘　　要：本文对中国高等教育个人投资收益率进行了估算,分析了贫困生及其家庭承受高等教育的经济能力,研究了私人机构以收入分享方式投资个人高等教育的可行性及具体方案。文章认为:个人投资高等教育有很高的投资回报率,但贫困大学生及其家庭并不具备进行这种投资的相应经济能力,因而接受私人机构对其人力资本进行投资在经济上是可行的;私人机构对个人人力资本进行投资,并以收入分享的方式获得相应的投资回报,可以达成个人、私人机构、政府三方共赢的结果;为保障私人机构对个人人力资本投资活动的顺利进行,个人、私人机构和政府都要承担相应的义务。This paper sets out to estimate the personal investment rate of return for higher education in China. It analyzes the financial capacity of poor students and their families to pay for higher education, and thus studies the feasibility and specific programs about the private sector＇ s investment in higher education by way of revenue sharing. It argues that personal investment in higher education has a high rate of return, and therefore it is feasible to for these students to accept the private sector＇ s investments in their human capital since their families do not have such a financial capability. By investing in human capital, the private sector obtains investment retum via revenue-sharing and this is a way to achieve win-win results for the individuals or private sectors.
