摘  要:用柠檬酸(CA)、酒石酸(TA)和水解淀粉共同对真丝绸进行无甲醛防皱整理,探讨了淀粉用量、柠檬酸和酒石酸的摩尔比、多元羧酸总用量、次亚磷酸钠用量、三乙醇胺用量、焙烘温度及焙烘时间等因素对真丝绸整理效果的影响。结果表明,防皱整理优化工艺条件为:淀粉3%,柠檬酸和酒石酸的摩尔比1∶2,多元羧酸总用量7%,次亚磷酸钠8%,三乙醇胺3%,JFC2 ml/L,在170℃条件下焙烘90 s;整理后的真丝绸湿缓弹折皱回复角从163.7°提高到256.3°,且断裂强力、白度和耐水洗性能较好。采用先整理后染色或先染色后整理工艺,染色真丝绸的K/S值变化不大,整理对染色真丝绸的耐洗牢度及摩擦牢度基本无影响。It mixed citric acid (CA), tartaric acid(TA) and hydrolyzed starch for formaldehyde-free anti-crease finishing on silk fabrics, discussed the influences on finishing effect from the factors such as starch dosage, mole ratio of CA to TA, the concentrations of polycarboxylic acid, sodium hypophosphite dosage, triethanolamine dosage, curing temperature, curing time and so on. The results showed that the optimum conditions were that:3% starch, mole ratio of CA to TA was 1 : 2, 7% polycarboxylic acid, 8% sodium phosphate, 3% triethanolamine, 2 ml/L JFC, curing at 170℃ for 90 s. The wet recovery angle of the treated silk rised from 163.7% to 256.3%, the breaking strength, whiteness, and washing fastness were fairly good. The finishing before or after dyeing had a little influences on K/S value, and no influence on washing fastness and friction fastness.
