摘　　要：从毕业实习的组织、规章制度的建立、带教老师的选拔、专题小课的开展、实习内容的优化、考核制度的建立、毕业论文的设计7个方面对药学类专业毕业实习带教进行了标准化和规范化,提高了带教效果。from graduation practice organization,strict rules and regulations of the establishment,select teachers,conduct of special small classes,internships content optimization,assessment system is established,the design seven aspects of thesis in Pharmacy Intern Graduation Education for the standardization and normalization,improved results with teaching.
