IL-1基因多态性及幽门螺杆菌感染与胃癌的关系

摘　　要：目的通过比较胃癌患者与匹配人群的幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染率和IL-1B-511基因多态性,探讨IL-1B-511基因多态性是否增加Hp感染后胃癌发生的危险性。方法①采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)分析法检测湖北地区84例胃癌患者和84例与之性别、年龄、民族匹配普通人群的lL-1B-511基因多态性。②采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测上述人群中的Hp感染率。结果①胃癌患者IL-1B-511 T/T基因型频率显著高于性别、年龄、民族匹配的对照人群(P<0.05)。②84例胃癌患者的Hp感染率显著高于对照人群(P<0.01)。③胃癌患者Hp阳性感染者IL-1B-511 T/T基因型个体显著多于对照人群。结论 IL-1B-511 T/T基因型可能增加Hp感染后汉族人群发生胃癌的危险性。Objective The H.pylori（Hp）infection rate and interleukin（IL）-1B-511 gene polymorphism in gastric cancer patients and normal people were investigated,aiming to find out the relationship between IL-1B-511 gene polymorphism and gastric cancer following Hp infection.Methods IL-1B-511 polymorphisms were analyzed by using PCR-RFLP in 84 cases of gastric cancer（gastric cancer group）and 84 cases of normal people（normal control group）matching in age,sex and nationality.The Hp infection rate of the two groups was examined by using ELISA.Results ①T/T gene frequency of IL-1B-511 was remarkably higher in gastric cancer group than in normal control group（P0.05）;②Hp infection rate in gastric cancer group was remarkably higher than in normal control group（P〈0.01）;③T/T gene frequency of IL-1B-511 was remarkably higher in gastric cancer group infected by Hp than in normal control group.Conclusion IL-1B-511 T/T genotype probably increases the risk of gastric cancer in population with Han nationality infected with Hp.
