摘 要:目的探讨健康教育对首次住院精神分裂症患者认知及治疗依从性的影响。方法对60例首次住院精神分裂症患者实施有针对性的健康教育,分析实施健康教育前后患者的认知及依从性的改善程度。结果与健康教育前相比,实施健康教育后,患者住院的配合程度、治疗的依从性、生活自理能力等方面都有明显地改善;对所患疾病的自知力显著恢复;对一般精神科知识的了解程度有明显提高(P<0.01)。结论健康教育可提高患者治疗的依从性及对自身疾病的认识,促进社会功能的提高,促进疾病的康复。Objective To explore the influences of health education in cognition and therapy compliance for inpatients with first-episode schizophrenia.Methods Totally 60 inpatients with first-episode schizophrenia were practiced with health education in accordance with their ill-conditions. The data were analyzed before and after practising health education to evaluate the recovering of cognition and therapy compliance.Results Compared with those before intervention,inpatients after practising health education showed with better cooperating ability and therapy compliance and more improvement of daily life ability. The insight had significant recovery and the comprehension on the general psychiatry knowledge had obvious improvement (P〈0.01).Conclusion The health education can improve inpatients’ therapy compliance and their insight of disease. It can also enhance social function and promote recovery of the disease.
