摘  要:采用高效液相色谱法研究了土壤、猪粪和鸡粪中氯霉素、甲砜霉素和氟甲砜霉素3种氯霉素类抗生素残留。分别采用乙酸乙脂、氨化乙酸乙脂和甲醇3种有机溶液超声提取,浓缩脱脂后经固相萃取小柱纯化,Xbridge C18色谱柱分离后用紫外检测器检测。在0~10mg/L浓度范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r均达到0.9999。氯霉素、甲砜霉素和氟甲砜霉素的检出限分别为10、4、7μg/L。乙酸乙脂对3种抗生素的加标回收率在76.0%~102.6%之间,相对标准偏差为0.3%~7.3%,氨化乙酸乙脂次之,甲醇的综合提取效果最低。A method for determination of chlorothalonil,thiamphenico,florfenicol residue in soil,livestock and poultry manure by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) had been studied.The residue was extracted by ultrasonic with ethyl acetate,ammoniated ethyl acetate and methanol,cleaned-up by solid-phase extraction,separated on Xbridge C18 column using 20% acetonitrile at a flow rate of 0.8ml/min,and detected by ultraviolet detector.The method showed a linear relationship between peak area and concertration at the range of 0~10 mg/L,the correlation coefficient all reached 0.9999.The detection limit of chlorothalonil,thiamphenico,florfenicol was 10 、 4、7 μg/L respectively.The recovery of three antibiotics was between 76.0%~102.6%,and the relative standard deviation was between 0.3%~7.3% by using ethyl acetate as eluent,followed by ammoniated ethyl acetate and methanol.
