大球盖菇温室栽培技术研究

摘　　要：大球盖菇是近年来在国内推广的珍稀食用菌人工栽培品种,其营养丰富,鲜菇肉质细嫩,口感好,颇受消费者青睐,市场前景广阔。通过对大球盖菇温室栽培技术进行研究,总结了在宁夏地区秋冬季栽培大球盖菇的主要高产技术措施,为大球盖菇在宁夏地区推广种植提供技术依据。Stropharia rugoso-annuata is the rare cultivated varieties mushroom that promoting in domestic these years, the fresh fruiting body has rich nutrition, good taste and tender body, it is popular with consumers and market prospects. The article studies the cultivation techniques of stropharia rugoso-annuata in Greenhouse off season, summarizes the technology measures of planting stropharia rugoso-annuata on autumn and winter in Ningxia region, provided the technical basis of planting stropharia rugoso-annuata in Ningxia region.
