摘 要:目的:研究Y14在乳腺癌组织、乳腺良性肿瘤组织及癌旁乳腺组织的表达及意义。方法:应用westem blotting、RT-PCR等方法测定Y14在乳腺癌组织、乳腺良性肿瘤组织及癌旁乳腺组织的表达情况。结果:1)Y14在乳腺癌组织和癌旁乳腺组织的表达水平有明显差异,乳腺癌组织的Y14表达明显高于癌旁乳腺组织(P<0.05)。2)在乳腺癌中,组织学Ⅲ级组的Y14表达明显高于Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级组(P<0.05)。3)有淋巴结转移的腋窝淋巴结(+)组的Y14表达高于腋窝淋巴结(-)组(P<0.05)。4)乳腺癌≤2cm组的Y14和upf1表达和>2cm组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Y14的作用在乳腺癌组织中明显增强。Y14的表达在组织学Ⅲ级和腋窝淋巴结转移(+)乳腺癌组织中表达增高,与肿瘤大小无关。Objective: TO study the expression of Y14 in human breast cancer and its significance. Methods: Western blot and RT-PCR were applied to detect the expression of Y14 in human breast cancer tissue and tumor-adjacent tissue. Results: Y14 expression was higher in human breast cancer tissue than in tumor-adjacent tissue (P〈0.05). Y14 expression was higher in pathological grade In tissue than in grade [ and 11 tissue (P〈0.05). Y14 expression in breast cancer tissue from patients with positive axillary lymph nodes was higher than in breast cancer tissue from patients without positive axil- lary lymph nodes (P〈0.05). No significant difference was found in Y14 expression between breast cancer tissue from pa- tients with a tumor smaller than 2 cm in diameter and breast cancer tissue fi'om patients with a tumor larger than 2 cm in di- ameter (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Y14 expression is increased in breast cancer tissue. Y14 expression is increased in pathological grade Ⅲ tissue and tissue from patients with positive axillary lymph nodesl There is no correlation between Y14 expression and tumor size.
