摘　　要：目的:探讨Millard旋转推进法联合唇裂裂缘黏膜瓣修复单侧Ⅲ°唇裂治疗效果。方法:对47例单侧Ⅲ°唇腭裂患儿应用唇裂裂缘黏膜瓣进行修复,于唇裂裂缘形成蒂位于牙槽嵴的黏膜瓣,掀起并翻转黏膜瓣至对侧相互交叉缝合;其余按Millard旋转推进法修复唇裂。结果:47例手术效果良好,唇裂裂缘黏膜瓣长宽比例可达6∶1。结论:利用唇裂裂缘黏膜瓣进行唇裂修复可最大限度保留正常组织,适用于单侧Ⅲ°唇腭裂患儿口、鼻前庭瘘的完整修复。Objective To study the effect of the Millard＇s rotation-advancement technique and mucosal flaps with pedicles on the alveolar ridges on three-degree unilateral cleft lip.Methods A total of 47 cases of three-degree unilateral cleft lip received mucosal flaps with pedicles on the alveolar ridges.The mucosal flaps were lifted and converted to the other side for suturing.The Millard＇s rotation-advancement technique was applied to repair cleft lip.Results Mucosal flaps of cleft edge were used to repair three-degree unilateral cleft lip in 47 cases.The clinical results were good.The ratio of length to width of the mucosal flaps of cleft edge was 6 to 1.Conclusion This method can reserve normal tissues at most,and refers to mouth and nose vestibule fistula in children with three-degree unilateral cleft lip and palate.
