摘　　要：通过二次回归正交试验详细分析了磷化液的基本组成对其酸度的影响,指出锌离子、磷酸根、硝酸根对试验结果的影响不是独立的,而是相互影响的,即三者有交互作用,为磷化液的生产提供了依据。The influence of phosphating solution＇s basic composition to the acidity was analysis by quadratic re-gression orthogonal experiment in detailed,the result showed that the influence to the result of zinc ion,phosphate and nitrate are not independent but influenced each other.That means all the three interacted with each other,the result provides the theoretical basis for the production of phosphating solution.
