摘　　要：目的:了解硕士研究生的心理健康状况,探讨心理健康问题的防控对策。方法:利用个人深入访谈法,对硕士研究生、专家以及主管研究生工作的管理者进行访谈。结果:硕士研究生心理健康状况尚可,存在的心理问题主要有焦虑、抑郁、强迫等。目前针对硕士研究生心理问题的防控对策主要有心理咨询、心理治疗、心理健康教育、校园活动和社会支持等。这些措施取得了一定成效,但还存在覆盖面不广、专业性不强、针对性不够、力度不够等问题。结论:应加大对研究生心理健康问题的关注力度,改进干预措施,并采取易于接受的干预形式。Objective：To study the status of postgraduates′ mental health and explore the countermeasures to prevent and control their psychological problems.Methods：Postgraduates,experts and professors,and administrators were surveyed by in-depth interview.Results：The postgraduates′ mental health was in good condition.Their main psychological problems were anxiety,depression and compulsive behaviors.The prevention and control measures were psychological counseling,psychotherapy,mental health education,campus activities and social support,which had obtained positive effect,but some problems still existed,such as limited coverage,unclear objective,and so on.Conclusion：The status of postgraduates′ mental health should be further concerned,and intervening measures should be improved and be acceptable.
