摘　　要：项目管理知识体系是管理学科的基础，是在各种应用中得到项目管理经验的抽象结论。在美国项目管理协会PMI制定的项目管理知识体系PMBOK中，将静态领域项目管理归纳为9大知识领域，然而软件项目属于各类项目中最复杂的项目之一：投资大、周期长、高技术、高风险，综合了管理科学、计算机科学、通信技术以及相关领域专业知识等各个方面，因此，在软件工程专业课信息化的教学中，掌握及运用项目管理的知识体系极为重要。The managerial knowledge system of the project is a foundation of managing discipline to get the abstract conclusion of the experience of management of the project while employing in various fields. In the project managerial knowledge system PMBOK that the project management association PMI made in U.S.A., the project management was divided into 9 large knowledge fields. However, the software project is one of the most complicated projects in all kinds of projects since it invests for large sum of money, has long cycle. Therefore, in the teaching of the specialized course informationization of soft project, it is extremely important to grasp and use the knowledge system of the project management.
