护理教育模式改革的初步探讨

摘　　要：系统化整体护理是我国临床护理改革的一项新举措．为适应临床护理工作的需要，护理教育模式必须由传统的三年制模式改革为四年制教育模式，逐步废除初中后三年制中等护理教育加速发展高等职业技术教育和普通高等护理教育，改善护理人员的知识结构，提高护理队伍的整体素质．Inegral nursing of systematization is a quite new measure in China's clinical nursing reform . In order tomeet the needs of clinical nursing ,we should change the traditional 3-yeax nursing education to 4-year one and progres sively abolish 3 years secondary nursing eduction after junior middlie school ; speed up the development of higher profes sional education of nursing and ordinary higher nursing education ; improve the knowledge structure of nursing staff , andenhance the overall quality of the nursing ranks as well.
