摘　　要：目的建立了毛细管GC法同时测定盐酸美西律含量及2,6-二甲基酚的方法。方法采用DB-624毛细管柱,FID检测器,甲醇为溶剂。结果盐酸美西律及2,6-二甲基酚均在0·025~0·25mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好。结论本法专属性强,操作简便,结果准确可靠。Objective A capillary GC method was established for the determination of Mexiletine Hydrochloride and 2,6-dimethylphenol.Methods A DB-624 capillary column was used with FID as detector and methanol as the solvent.Results The calibration curves were linear in the concentration range of 0025~025 mg/ml of Mexiletine Hydrochloride and 2,6-dimethylphenol.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and suitable.
