高校文秘教育专业本科定位的思考

摘　　要：新兴本科层次文秘教育专业必须确立科学、独特的专业定位,以摆脱当前各类文秘教育同质化的困境,指导专业发展。在专业定位中,应注意把握社会发展和市场需求,协调好专业定位的系统性与区隔性的关系,兼顾社会期待和学生职业发展需要,在此基础上进行包括专业类型与性质定位、人才培养规格与方向定位等内容的专业定位策划。The new undergraduate specialty of secretarial education must establish scientific and unique professional orientation in order to get rid of the current trouble of all kinds of secretarial education homogeneity and guide the development of the specialty.In terms of professional orientation,we should pay attention to the social development and market demand,coordinate the relationship of the systematic and professional orientation,and take into account the social expectations and needs of the students ＇ professional development.On this basis,a plan of the professional basic orientation can be made which includes the orientation of professional type and nature,standards and orientation of person training,etc.
