摘  要:为揭示草原红牛IGFBP-5基因外显子多态性与胴体性状的相关性,采用PCR-SSCP及PCR-RFLP两种方法分别对58头草原红牛群体该基因外显子多态性进行了检测,并对检测到的突变位点用SPSS软件分析其与胴体性状的相关性。结果表明:IGFBP-5基因第3外显子在191bp处存在G(A)突变,该基因多态性与宰前活重、胴体重呈显著相关,BB型显著高于AA型(P>0.05);对其他性状的影响差异不显著。通过研究IGFBP-5基因外显子的多态性,为草原红牛的选种选育提供实验依据。This experiment was conducted to detecte SNP of IGFBP-5 gene exons and the relationship with carcass weight in red steppes.The polymorphism of IGFBP-5 exons in red steppes was detected by PCR-SSCP and PCR-RFLP.And then the genetic correlations between genotypes and performances was obtained by SPSS.The results indicated that there was one single nucleotide mutation G(A) in the 191 bp of exon 3 of IGFBP-5 gene;And the genetic polymorphisms significantly correlated with living weight.And living weight of BB genotype was higher than AA genotype(P0.05).Other traits were not significantly affected.The research laid a foundation for the future studies of the biological function of IGFBP-5 gene genetic in red steppes and a theoretical basis for breeding of red steppes.
