大环糊精的结构和包埋性质研究进展

摘　　要：大环糊精是一类由9个及以上葡萄糖残基连接而成的环状麦芽聚糖,与三种常见环糊精(-αCD、-βCD和-γCD)相比,由于其分子环的尺寸较大,其结构和性质也表现出不同特性。将从结构和包埋能力两个方面对大环糊精的最新研究进展进行概述。Large cyclodextrins are cyclic malto-glucans with a degree of polymerisation more than eight.Compared with the commom cyclodextrins of α-CD、β-CD and γ-CD,large cyclodextrins have new structural features and properties due to their larger cavities.This review summarises the studies of large cyclodextrins from the aspects of structure and complex forming ability.
