摘 要:为建立大豆子叶节高频再生体系,以"小粒黄"大豆子叶节为外植体,研究了萌发天数、6-BA及TDZ浓度对大豆子叶节丛生芽诱导的影响。结果表明:随着萌发天数的增加丛生芽诱导率下降,萌发7 d的子叶节外植体对丛生芽诱导率最高,达到82.6%。附加不同浓度6-BA和TDZ的1/2MSB5的基本培养基上均能诱导出丛生芽,但丛生芽诱导率也不同,以1.5 mg.L-16-BA和0.2 mg.L-1TDZ配比时,丛生芽诱导率最高,达到85.7%。To establish a high frequency regeneration of soybean, the effects of germination day, 6-BA and TDZ concentrations on the induction of multi-shoot were studied using cotyledonary nodes of"Xiaolihuang" as explants in this study. The results showed that the days of germination affected the induction rate of multi-shoot. The highest induction rate of multi-shoot was obtained from the explants of 7-day germinated cotyledonary nodes, which reached 82.6%. With the increasing of the germi- nation day, the induction rate of multi-shoot decreased. Although multi-shoot can be induced from the 1/2MSB5 mediums supplemented with different concentrations of the 6-BA and TDZ, the best induction rate of muhi-shoots was occurred when combining of 1.5 mg · L-I 6-BA with O. 2 mg· L- 1 TDZ, which reached 85.7%.
