摘 要:以钛酸四丁酯[Ti(OBu)4]为主原料,柠檬酸(CA)为抑制剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2溶胶,并将其应用于棉织物抗紫外/防皱整理中。通过单因素试验优化了纳米TiO2溶胶的制备工艺,为n[Ti(OBu)4]∶n[H2O]∶n[EtOH]∶n[CA]=1∶6∶20∶1.2,室温下进行反应。采用正交试验优化了织物整理工艺,为次亚磷酸钠3%,三乙醇胺3%,165℃焙烘3 min。整理后织物的紫外防护性能、折皱回复性能和白度均有显著提高。Nano TiO2 sol was prepared by sol-gel technology with tetrabutyl titanate as raw material and citric acid as inhibitor,and then was applied to UV resistant/anti-wrinkle finish of cotton fabric.The optimum preparing process of nano TiO2 sol was determined by single factor analysis as follows: n[Ti(OBu)4]∶n∶n∶n =1∶6∶20∶1.2,reaction at room temperature.The optimum finish process was defined by orthogonal experiments as follows: sodium hypophosphite 3%,trithanolamine 3%,curing at 165 ℃ for 3 minutes.The UV resistance,crease recovery and whiteness of the finished cotton fabric was improved distinctly.
