摘　　要：利用苹果和枸杞为原料,经过一系列加工处理后得到两种组分,将两种组分按一定的比例调配后得到一种多糖类的新型保润剂BR-22。在相对干燥和潮湿的条件下,以丙二醇为参比,比较其保润性能,同时加入烟丝中进行保润效果验证,结果表明BR-22具有较好的保湿和防潮作用。通过热裂解试验,结果表明BR-22的裂解产物与烟草致香成分具有较好的配伍性。Obtaining two mixtures by processing apple and medlar respectively,then blending them at a certain proportion got a new type of polysaccharide humectant（BR-22）.The moisture retention property and its effects on maintaining the moisture content in cut tobacco was tested and contracted with propylene glycol in the relatively dry and wet conditions.The results indicated that BR-22 is superior to propylene glycol in moisture retention and resistance.Experiment of pyrolysis indiacated that the prolysis compounds of BR-22 could match fi ne with the tobacco aroma constituents.
