股权结构与企业集团多元化战略关系研究

摘　　要：基于委托代理理论,选取中国181家上市集团公司2006—2008年的数据为研究样本,对企业集团的股权结构与多元化程度的关系进行实证研究,研究结果表明:股权集中度与多元化程度存在显著负相关关系;国有股比例和集团公司多元化程度之间呈正相关关系;管理层持股比例和多元化程度间不存在显著相关关系。Based on Agency Theory,this paper selects the data of Chinese 181 listed group companies during the period of 2006-2008 to explore the relationship between ownership structure and diversification of the enterprise group. After regression analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions： The ratio of state ownership has a positive impact on diversification;The ratio of management ownership has no significant impact on diversification; There is a negative relationship between ownership concentration and diversification.
