摘　　要：介绍了玻璃化保存的基础理论及影响玻璃化保存的因素。综述了卵细胞、胚胎、卵巢、组织工程化骨玻璃化保存的研究进展,并提出了玻璃化冻存细胞、组织所存在问题与展望。The basic theory and some influence factors for vitrification was introduced.The research progress in vitrification of oocytes,embryos,ovarians,tissue engineered bone summarized were introduced,the existing problems and the prospect of vitrified cryopreservation for cells and tissues were suggested.
