摘 要:针对变压器油中的腐蚀性硫会导致变压器故障的问题进行了腐蚀性硫测试方法的研究。通过对比SH/T 0304—1999、ASTM D1275B、IEC62535三种典型方法试验后铜片的表面状况,以及进一步的电子探针和扫描电镜分析,认为:不同测试方法对腐蚀性硫的识别灵敏度存在差异,我国现行的SH/T0304方法不能有效测定腐蚀性硫,急需修订。此外,明确了腐蚀性硫与铜反应后的产物为硫化亚铜,其形态为颗粒状,并可渗透和污染绝缘纸,最终导致变压器绝缘击穿。Studies on the test of corrosive sulfur in transformer oil are performed seeing that failures in transformers could be caused by the corrosive sulfur in their oil.Upon comparison among the surface conditions of copper plates tested by three typical methods of SH/T 0304-1999,ASTM D1275B,IEC 62535 as well as further analysis of electron probe and scanning electron-microscope,it is concluded that the identification sensitivity of corrosive sulfur varies with the test conditions,and revisions on the current SH/T 0304 test method in China are necessary as it could not determine the existence of corrosive sulfur effectively.In addition,the granular product of the reaction between corrosive sulfur and Cu is testified to be Cu2S,which could penetrate and contaminate the insulating paper,and thus lead to the insulation breakdown of transformers.
