摘 要:目的:验证探索性眼球活动检查对精神分裂症的诊断作用,探讨凝视点数(NEF)和反应性探索评分(RSS)的正常分界值。方法:应用DEM-2000眼动检测仪对299例精神分裂症(患者组)和250名对照者(对照组)进行探索性眼球活动检查,测定NEF和RSS,计算敏感度、特异度。结果:患者组较对照组NEF、RSS显著为低(P<0.01),若以NEF≤27或RSS≤5为正常分界值,其阳性预测值达到70%,阳性似然比达到2.07。结论:探索性眼球活动可以作为精神分裂的辅助诊断指标,以NEF≤27或RSS≤5作为正常分界值,其敏感度、特异度较理想。Objective:To explore the diagnostic effect of explorative eye movements test( EEM) in schiz-ophrenia,and to clarify the normal boundaries of role of gaze points( NEF) and reactive search score( RSS). Method:DEM-2000 eye movement detectors was used to test the eye movements of 299 patients with schizo-phrenia( patient group) and 250 normal controls( control group). NEF and RSS were measured. The sensitivity and specificity were calculated. Results:The RSS and NEF of patients group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P 0. 01) ,if the normal boundary value of NEF was set to≤27 or RSS was set to≤ 5,the positive predictive value would be 70% and positive likelihood ratio would be 2. 07. Conclusion:Exploratory eye movements can be served as a diagnostic market of schizophrenia. Set NEF≤27 or RSS≤5 as the normal boundary value can make sensitivity and specificity much more desirable.
