摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗对老年高血压伴抑郁患者血压的影响。方法:40例老年高血压伴抑郁患者随机分为两组,中药治疗组20例,常规治疗对照组20例,采用Zung抑郁量表(SDS)分值进行评价,疗程8周。结果:中药治疗组血压控制效果及SDS分值改善均显著优于常规治疗对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中药治疗可改善老年高血压伴抑郁患者的血压及抑郁症状。Objective：To explore the effects of combination of traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM） and western medicine on blood pressure control in the aged patients with hypertension and depression. Method：40 patients with hypertension and depression were randomly divided into combination group and control group treated for 8 weeks. Self-rating depression scale （ SDS） was used to evaluate. Results：The blood pressure control and SDS score improved significantly in the combination group more than in control group （ P 0. 01）. Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine can improve depression and blood pressure in the aged patients with hypertension and depression.
