摘　　要：肿瘤微淋巴管的生成对肿瘤的淋巴转移有着重要意义,肿瘤细胞的转移影响患者的预后。如何清楚地辨别出微淋巴管是肿瘤微淋巴管研究的关键;微淋巴管在肿瘤转移过程中发挥着重要作用;抗肿瘤微淋巴管形成以及通过淋巴管治疗将成为治疗肿瘤的新靶点,这些问题仍然需要进一步探讨。本文就这些问题对各方面材料进行综述。The genesis of tumor micro-1ymphatic vessel has vastly significance for the tumor lymphatic metastasis,The metastasis of tumour cells could affect the prognosis of patients.How to discriminate clearly micro-lymphatic vessel is critical to the study of tumor micro-lymphatic metastasis,while micro-lymphatic vessel plays an important role in the course of tumor metastasis.Therapy of inhibiting the formation of micro-lymphatic vessel and therapy by lymphatic vessel will be some new therapeutic targets in the tumor treatment,These questions still need further studying.this article reviews all kinds of meterials related to these questions.
