超声乳化联合折叠人工晶状体推注式植入治疗超高度近视白内障疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察晶状体超声乳化吸出联合推注式折叠人工晶状体(IOL)植入术治疗白内障合并超高度近视的临床效果。方法对81例(98只眼)白内障患者合并超高度近视行小切口超声乳化吸除联合推注式折叠IOL植入术。观察术后视力、角膜散光、并发症等情况。结果术后第一天裸眼视力≥0.2共76眼(77.56%),≥0.5共37只眼(37.76%);术后1月裸眼视力≥0.2共85只眼,占86.73%,≥0.5共42只眼,占42.86%。最佳矫正视力≥0.2共90只眼,占91.84%,最佳矫正视力≥0.5共72只眼,占73.50%。随访中5眼(5.10%)晶状体后囊膜混浊,无后囊破裂,视网膜、脉络膜脱离者。结论超声乳化联合推注式折叠IOL植入是治疗白内障合并超高度近视眼安全、有效的方法。Aim To evaluate the clinical effects of phacoemulsification implantation of foldable intraocular lens with injector through 2.8 mm incison.Methods Eighty-one cases（98 eyes） of cataract with high myopia were performed phacoemulsification,unfolder injection delivery system applied for IOL insertion.Visual acuity,corneal astigmatism,intraoperative and postoperative complications were observed.The mean follow-up was 3 months.Results During 1 day of follow up,the visual acuities reached 0.2 or better in 76 eyes（77.56%） and 0.5 0r better in 37 eyes（37.76%）.During 3 months of follow up,the visual acuities reached 0.2 or better in 85 eyes（86.73%） and 0.5 or better in 42 eyes（42.86%）.Best corrected visual acuity reached 0.2 or better in 90 eyes（91.84%） and 0.5 or better in 72 eyes（73.50%）.Posterior capsular opacity was found in 5 eyes.No eye had posterior capsule rupture.There was no retinal or choroid detachment.Conclusion It is safe and effective for super high myopia with cataract to implant folding intraocular lenses by injector after phacoemulsification.
