大蒜素注射液治疗晚期恶性肿瘤并发霉菌性食管炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨大蒜素治疗晚期恶性肿瘤并发霉菌性食管炎的疗效及安全性。方法 22例晚期恶性肿瘤并发霉菌性食管炎病人,大蒜素注射液60 mg.d-1,静脉滴注,持续2周。结果除1例因AIDS继发非何杰淋巴瘤病人症状无改善,其余21例全部症状消失,复查胃镜示食管黏膜均正常,食管涂片阴性。未发生过敏反应,无肝肾功能损害。结论大蒜素注射液治疗晚期恶性肿瘤并发霉菌性食管炎,临床疗效显著,副作用轻,值得进一步研究。Aim To explore the therapeutic effect and safety of treatment of allicin injection for patients with fungal esophagitis secondary to advanced malignant tumors.Methods 22 consecutive patients with fungal esophagitis secondary to advanced malignant tumors were treated with allicin injection.Allicin at a dose of 600 mg was administered on every day for two weeks.Results Complete response to allicin were noted in 21 patients with normal endoscopic feature and negative esophageal smear.No response to allicin was noted in 1 patient with non-hodgkin＇s lymphoma secondary to AIDS.No allergic responses and liver and kidney dysfunction were observed.Conclusion Treatment of allicin injection for patients with fungal esophagitis secondary to advanced malignant tumors is significantly effective with mild side-effects,which merits further investigation.
