广西横县三所农村中学艾滋病知识态度调查

摘　　要：目的了解广西农村中学生对艾滋病知识的知晓情况与相关态度。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法选择广西横县三所农村中学8、9年级共462名学生为调查对象,采用自行设计的问卷对每位学生进行问卷调查。结果对于艾滋病的主要传播途径知晓率较高,但对非传播途径知晓率较低,且三所学校的学生知晓率差异有统计学意义;对于社会上存在的有关艾滋病病毒感染者的说法所持的态度三所学校的学生差异无统计学意义;关于艾滋病相关的描述三所学校的学生总体知晓率均较低。结论应进一步加强对广西农村中学生防治艾滋病的健康教育工作。Objective To investigate the awareness of knowledge and attitude about HIV/AIDS among rural middle school students in Guangxi.Methods With a random cluster sampling method,462 students who were selected from Grades 8 and 9 in three rural middle schools were served as the investigated subjects.The self-designed questionnaires were used to investigate the students.Results The awareness rate of three transmission routes of HIV/AIDS was higher,while the awareness rate of HIV/AIDS non-transmission routes was lower.There were statistically significant differences in the awareness rate of HIV/AIDS among the students in three middle schools.No statistically significant difference was found in the attitude towards the social general statement about people living with HIV/AIDS among the students in three middle schools.The total awareness rates of the related description about HIV/AIDS of the students in three middle schools were lower.Conclusions Propaganda and health education should be further strengthened among the rural middle school students in Guangxi.
