摘　　要：目的评价罗布麻茶的安全性。方法依据食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法进行急性毒性试验、Ames试验、骨髓细胞微核试验、精子畸形试验和30 d喂养试验。结果小鼠经口MTD>30.0 g/kg.bw,属无毒级;Ames试验、骨髓细胞微核试验和精子畸形试验结果均为阴性;30 d喂养试验中各项指标均未见异常。结论在本试验条件下,罗布麻茶是安全的。Objective To evaluate the safety of tea of Apoeynum venetum leaf.Methods The acute toxicity,Ames test,bone marrow cell micronucleus test,mice sperm abnormality test,and 30-day feeding test were used in this study according to the procedures for toxicological assessment of food.Results The value of MTD for mice was more than 30.0 g/kg.bw,being involved in nontoxic grade.The results of Ames test,bone marrow cell micronucleus test,mice sperm abnormality test were all negative.All indexes in 30-day feeding test were not abnormal.Conclusions The tea of Apoeynum venetum leaf is safe in this study.
