地中海贫血患者的红细胞及网织红细胞参数分析

摘　　要：目的探讨红细胞及网织红细胞参数在地中海贫血患者中的变化。方法应用beckman-couler全自动血液分析仪检测50例正常人(对照组)和50例的地中海贫血患者(观察组)红细胞计数(RBC),红细胞平均体积(MCV),血红蛋白浓度(Hb),红细胞平均血红蛋白量(MCH)和网织红细胞百分比(RET%),网织红细胞绝对值(RET#)参数,未成熟网织红细胞比率(IRF%),中荧光率网织红细胞(MFR%),并对检测结果进行分析。结果地中海贫血患者红细胞和网织红细胞各参数与对照组相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05),其中网织红细胞百分比,网织红细胞绝对值,未成熟网织红细胞比率,中荧光网织红细胞比率显著性增高(P<0.05),RBC、MCV、Hb明显下降(P<0.05)。结论网织红细胞参数为反映骨髓造血功能较好的指标;血常规中红细胞参数以MCV为最有筛查、诊断价值。Objective To investigate the significance and change of red blood cell and reticulocyte multiple parametrics analysis in patient with Thalassemia. Methods Using Beckman-couter blood cell analyzer to decect red blood cell count（RBC）,hemoglobin（Hb）,mean corpuscular volume（MCV）,mean corpuscular hemoglobin（MCH） and reticulocyte counting （50 parametrics ） reticulocyte（RET%）, reticulocyte（RET#）, inmature reticulocyte（IRF%）, middle fluorescent ratio（MFR%）. in 50 healthy persons （control group） and in 50 patients Thalassemia （observation group）. Results There were significancant differences between the two groups in all the parametrics. RBC, Hb, MCV, MCH and IRF in observation group were significancantly lower than those in control group （P0.05）, and RET%, RET#, IRF, MFR in observation group were higher than those in control group. Conclusion The reticulocyte multiple parametrics are the better index to indicat the haemopoiesis function of the marrow, the MCV can be used as a better parametric in initial screening and diagnostic.
