摘　　要：目的研究EZH2基因在甲状腺肿瘤组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法和RT-PCR方法对50例甲状腺癌和20例甲状腺瘤组织进行EZH2检测。结果 EZH2蛋白和mRNA在甲状腺癌的阳性表达率高于甲状腺瘤组织(P<0.05);发生转移的甲状腺癌组织EZH2表达高于未转移组(P<0.05)。结论 EZH2基因可能参与甲状腺癌的发生和发展,作为辅助诊断有助于良恶性甲状腺肿瘤的诊断和监测。Objective To investigate the expression of EZH2 gene in thyroid carcinoma and its correlation with the clinicopathologic features. Methods Immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR were used to detect the expression of EZH2 in 50 thyroid carcinoma specimens and 20 thyroid adenoma specimens. Results The positivity rates of EZH2 protein and mRNA in cancer specimens were significantly higher than those in adenoma specimens （48% vs 20% ;56% vs 25% ）. There was a significant difference in the expression of EZH2 between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was a significant relationship between EZH2 protein expression and lymphnode metastasis in thyroid cancer （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion EZH2 gene is probably involved in the occurrence and development of thyroid cancer and may serve as assistant diagnosis for the determination of the biological behavior of the tumor.
