摘　　要：在实验教学中心模式下,要重视实验技术队伍的建设,转变对实验技术队伍的管理理念。文中在分析当前高校实验技术队伍建设的现状和存在问题的原因的基础上,提出在实验教学中心模式下加强高校实验技术队伍建设的几点建议。In experimental teaching center,the building of the ranks of experimental technique should be paid more attention to,the concept of the management should be changed.In this paper,the building of the ranks of experimental technique and the reasons for the status quo were analyzed,some suggestions for the building of the ranks of experimental technique were given.
