就业导向视角下的文化产业管理

摘　　要：自2004年山东大学、中国海洋大学、中国传媒大学、云南大学4所高校率先开办文化产业管理本科专业以来,全国有近百所本科院校开办了这一专业。然而,有资料表明,这一专业的就业状况却是"十分不乐观",除去考研者外,其他学生都面临着就业的压力,并且"这种现象已经持续了好几年"。二者悬殊如此之大,不能不令人尴尬,需要我们反思。Since Shandong University,Ocean University of China,Communication University of China and Yunnan University took the lead to set up the undergraduate major of cultural industry management in 2004,there have been about one hundred colleges and universities establishing this specialty across our country.However,the data show that the employment status of this specialized subject is ＂not very optimistic＂.Apart from the students taking part in the entrance exam for postgraduates,most students are all faced with the pressure of employment,and ＂this phenomenon has already continued for several years＂.The disparity is so large and embarrassing that it needs us to reflect on.
