摘　　要：合理控制医疗费用是定点医院做好医保管理工作的关键。中山大学附属第一医院通过多部门全员参与、建立医保质量管理体系、分科定额管理、制定奖惩制度等方法来合理控制医疗费用,取得了初步成效。Reasonable control medical costs is the key of medical insurance management. The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University through some reasonable way to control medical costs, such as full participation, the establishment of medical insurance management system, division quota management, the establishment of rewards and penalties system, and achieved initial results.
