摘　　要：目前城市交通信息管理系统都或多或少地存在着一些问题，如数据更新较慢、信息共享不畅、开发维护成本高等，对此文章提出了将面向服务的体系结构《Service—Oritnted Architecture，SOA））应用于交通信息管理系统设计的思想，在阐述了SOA的相关技术和分析了交通信息管理系统的需求和功能之后，提出了基于SOA的交通信息管理系统的架构模型。There are more or less problems in present traffic information management systems, such as slow data updating, poor information sharing and high costs of maintaining development. So this paper raised the idea that combined Service Oriented Architecture （SOA） with traffic information management system and proposed the traffic information management systems architecture model based on SOA after describing the needs and capabilities of the architecture model of Traffic Information Management System based on SOA.
