摘　　要：创新实践活动是我院教学评价工作的一项重要内容,也是创新型人才培养的有效手段。几年来,我院以创新设计竞赛为牵引,在学员中广泛开展创新实践活动,取得了一定的成果,有效提高了学员的创新能力,有力促进了人才培养质量的稳步提升。本文介绍了我院在创新实践活动的管理、组织、指导方面的一些举措,希望能起到抛砖引玉的作用。Innovative practice is an important part in the teaching evaluation of our university.It＇s also an effective means to cultivate innovative talents.In recent years,guided by Innovative Design Contest,our university has been holding various innovation and practice activities among students extensively.Some achievements have been made,students＇ innovative ability has been improved,and the quality of personnel training has been raised steadily.This paper introduces some strategies taken by our university in the management,organization,and instruction of innovative practical activities,with a hope that the author＇s crude remarks may draw more refined discussion.
