摘　　要：我国目前3种主要的医疗保险制度在筹资水平、保障水平和服务包的内容上还有很大的差异,但逐步衔接和统一已是大势所趋。通过介绍德国、美国、日本、新加坡、英国,以及台湾和香港地区的卫生体制,描述其卫生服务体系概况,为决策分析者在医疗保险全民覆盖背景下的卫生服务体系适应性调整提供参考。There were still great differences in the funding level,protection level and service pack of three major medical insurance system in China,but it was of a general trend to integrate and unite the three systems.References are provided for decision-makers and analysts by introducing health system of Germany,the United States,Japan,Singapore,United Kingdom,Taiwan and Hong Kong,to adjust smoothly the health service system under the universal coverage of health insurance system.
