摘 要:以西陇海兰新经济带甘肃段为例,在构建水资源环境与城市化系统耦合的评价指标体系基础上,采用GRA方法从时空角度定量揭示了甘肃段水资源环境与城市化系统耦合的时空分异规律.结果表明:时间序列上耦合度整体呈波动下降趋势,表现为类似组合"S"型特征;空间上随人口城市化水平的提高,耦合度亦表现出与时间序列相同特征;时空耦合度相互印证,说明系统符合"各态遍历假说".不同时段甘肃段各城市耦合度表现出较大差异,具有复杂的空间结构:以兰州为中心向外耦合度"先升高后减小",表明水资源环境与城市化系统耦合度的高低不仅取决于城市自身发展等内部因素,还与城市之间的区域差异、区域联系等外部因素有关.Taking the Gansu section of western Longhai Lanxin economic zone as an example and based on GRA (grey relationship analysis) method, the general law of temporal-spatial coupling between urbanization and eco-environment was revealed as follows: in time series the coupling degree showed a trend of fluctuating down as a whole, which was similar to the portfolio "S" shape. In space the coupling degree changed with the same characteristics as that of the time series with increasing urban population. A mutual confirmation indicated that the system accorded with the "ergodicity hypothesis". During different periods the coupling degree of different cities in the Gansu section varied and a sophisticated spatial structure was formed: the distribution of the coupling degree basically confirmed that the coupling degree was higher in Lanzhou, the center of the research area, but lower in its surrounding regions. The result made clear that the coupling degree between water environment and urbanization depended on not only the internal factors of cities such as their development level as a whole, their economic scale and their economic structure, but also external factors such as the differences and the linkages between cities. Based on the above conclusions concerning the relationship between water resources and urbanization, we can not only effectively improve our ability to adjust to water resources but also coordinate the relationship between regions for a "win-win" situation. This will provide a new way to deal with the issue between water environment and urbanization.
