摘  要:有限元模型修正技术已成为实际工程结构精确建模的重要手段,围绕结构有限元模型修正这一主题,对基于频响函数的结构有限元模型修正算法及其与现有大型商用有限元分析软件的接口问题进行了研究,改进了算法中的矩阵病态问题,并利用MSC软件的二次开发功能,基于某飞行器组合舱段结构的频响函数试验数据,对该修正算法的进行了程序编制,运用PCL语言编写了操作界面,DMAP和C语言编写算法过程,在MSC.Patran软件中形成模型修正模块。计算出的修正前后固有频率和频响函数结果与试验数据进行对比,得到了较好的效果。The finite element model updating technology is an important method for exact model building of practical engineering structure,focusing on the subject of structure finite element model updating,the algorithm of model updating based on frequency response function and the practical technology of inserting the algorithm into the existing commercial finite element analysis software were studied,this paper improved the ill-conditioned problem of the algorithm,and programmed the model updating algorithm with the function of MSC.Patran/Nastran secondary development based on a experimental frequency response data of an aircraft combination module structure,formed a model updating module in the MSC.Patran software with PCL language formed the Patran interface and DMAP and C language programmed algorithm process.The computed nature frequency and frequency response result before and after modified by the procedure compared with the experimental data of a aircraft structure,obtained a good result.
