摘 要:开发浮选柱控制专家系统,利用其对浮选柱关键参数—液位高度、气体表观速度、精矿淋洗水及矿浆表观速度进行调节,实现了浮选柱自动稳定控制。利用工控计算机、PLC及其扩展模块、超声波-浮球联动液位计及相关检测仪器,对气体表观速度、精矿淋洗水进行开环控制。对浮选柱的液位高度、矿浆表观速度和尾矿流量实施闭环控制。工业生产实践表明,该专家系统稳定性好,应用于微泡浮选柱,可动态监控和调节浮选柱工作参数,有效提高浮选柱工作效率,作业回收率提高了1.58%,精矿产品质量更加稳定,同时实现了浮选柱操作的自动化与智能化。The expert system for column flotation is developed. The automatically steady control of the column flotation is achieved by adjustment of the main control factors, the height of froth layer, the air holdup in the collection zone, the wash water and the feed superficial velocity. By using of industrial computer, PLC and its extension modules, ultrasonic level measurement instrument connection floating-ball and related instrumentation, the gas superficial velocity and the wash water are controlled by open-loop control, the height of the froth and the railings slurry superficial velocity are controlled by closed-loop. It is proved by industrial test that the expert system is stable, the flotation column operating parameters are monitored and adjusted in time, the efficiency of flotation column is improved, the test recovery is increased by 1.58% , the concentrate grade is more stable, and the flotation column automation operation is achieved.
