从“单飞”看我国竞技多元发展方向途径

摘　　要：举国体制是在特定的历史时期计划经济的产物,在市场经济环境中暴露出指导思想的落后、竞技人才培养缺陷、资源的浪费等诸多问题。只有在"夺标育人"竞技思想指导下,走职业化、院校化道路,建立竞技与教育相结合的运动员培养新方式,才能真正实现运动员的欲望体、智力体和精神体的解放,作为竞技的主体的人,其尊严、价值、权利和地位才能得到尊重,制造出人性化的快乐和激情,实现奥林匹克运动的终极关怀。The whole nation system is the product of planned economy at a specific historic period.In the market economy circumstances,this system has exposed several problems,such as the lag of guiding ideology,defects of athletic talent＇s training,and wasting of resources.We should follow professionalism through colleges and establish a new way of cultivation,which combines athletics and education with the instruction of athletic thought of championship and cultivation.Only in this way can we truly achieve the liberation of athletes＇ desire,intelligence and spirit.Besides,as the principal part of athletics,human＇s dignity,value,right and status can receive deserved respect only in this way.What＇s more,only in this way can we create humanistic happiness and passion,and achieve Olympic movement＇s ultimate concern.
