美国海军研究生院办学特色研究及其启示

摘　　要：为形成具有我军特色的军队研究生教育,提高军队研究生的创新能力.研究了美国海军研究生院在招生、入学、人才培养、考核、分配方式等独具创新意识的教学机制,鲜明军事特色的学科体系和世界一流的教学环境建设中的创新发展和成功做法;分析了目前我军军事教育院校研究生教育在招生模式与生源质量、学科体系与培养模式等方面的现状和问题;并就如何形成有特色的军队研究生教育提出了采用联合培养模式、加强招生分配用人制度改革、加强研究生教育实践平台建设等建议.In order to form the military graduate education with our army＇s features and enhance the innovation ability of military graduates,the teaching mechanism with peculiar innovation in terms of the enrollment,matriculation,personnel training,assessment,placement and others in US Naval graduate school was studied,and sharp-cut disciplinary system with military features and innovative development as well as its successful modus operandi in the construction of the world first-class teaching environment were presented as well.The current situation and problems were analyzed,with respect to the enrollment mode,the quality of freshman origination,disciplinary system as well as training mode,etc.in the graduate education of our army＇s military education colleges.At the same time,on how to design the military graduate education with features,it is suggested that the joint training mode be used,the reform of placement and employment be strengthened,the construction of graduate education practice platform be improved,and so on.
