摘　　要：随着地方普通高校在地方经济建设中的作用日益凸显,地方普通高校如何应对严峻挑战,走出困境,提升核心竞争力则成为必然选择。而创新、特色、改革作为提升核心竞争力的基石、突破口和途径必然成为地方普通高校持续健康发展的重中之重。With the growing role that local colleges have played in the development of local economy,it has become an inevitable choice for local colleges to cope with severe challenges,get out of difficult situation and improve their core competitive force.And innovation,distinctive feature and reform,as the cornerstone,breach and approach of promoting the core competitive force of local colleges,are inevitably top priorities in their sustained and sound development.
