摘 要:目的:研究五灵脂中的脂溶性成分及相对含量。方法:采用连续回流提取法提取,GC-MS法测定相对含量。结果:鉴定出42种化合物,其中脂肪酸15种,占脂溶性成分总含量的49.162%,非脂肪酸类成分27种,占脂溶性成分总含量的44.184%。结论:用该方法快捷可靠,可对中药五灵脂进行质量评价。Objective: To determine fat-soluble components and relative content from Faeces trogopterorum. Methods: The fat-soluble components were extracted by continuous reflux extraction, the constituents and their relative content were determined by GC-MS. Results: 42 compounds from Faeces trogopterorum were isolated and identified, 15 kinds of fatty acids account for 49. 162 % of the total volatility components, 27 kind of non-fatty acids account for 44. 184 % of the total volatility components. Conclusion: The method is rapid and reliable for evaluating the quality of Faeces trogopterorum.
