精神病人自杀行为分析及防范措施探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨精神病人的自杀行为及其影响因素,为制定防范措施提供依据。方法对610例精神病病人自杀状况进行调查,并分析其相关因素。结果精神病人自杀行为发生率为5.90%。年龄大、既往有自杀史及伴发躯体疾病的病人发生自杀行为者居多。有情感障碍者发生率最高;自杀行为多发生于病人起病1年内,夜间及凌晨时偏多,春夏季显著高于秋冬季。结论精神病人的自杀行为不容忽视,应制订有效的防范措施,做好恢复期的防范工作。Objective To discuss the suicidal behavior of the patients with mental diseases and the relevant precautionary measures.Methods The surveys of 610 cases of suicidal behavior of the patients with mental diseases were conducted and the relevant factors were analyzed.Results The incidence rate of suicidal behavior was 5.9% among the mental patients.Most cases wewe found in patients of old age,having previous history of suicides and usually suffering from physical diseases.The highest incidence rate was found in patients with affective disorder.Suicidal behavior happened mostly within the first year of the mental attack,more often at night and before dawn,more in spring and summer than in autumn and winter.Conclusion Precautionary measures should be taken to prevent the suicidal behavior of the patients with mental diseases in their convalescence.
